Crawford University has recently announced the commencement of their Post-UTME/Direct Entry admission screening for the 2023/2024 academic session. This announcement invites applications from suitably qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates seeking to enroll in the various undergraduate programs offered by the university.
Available Courses
The undergraduate programs span across two colleges – the College of Business and Social Sciences, and the College of Natural and Applied Sciences.
A. College of Business and Social Sciences (4 Years)
The courses offered include Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Political Science & International Relations, Public Administration, Mass Communication, Sociology, Business Administration, History and Diplomatic Studies, Secretarial Administration, and Criminology and Security Studies.
B. College of Natural and Applied Sciences (4 Years)
In the realm of the Natural and Applied Sciences, prospective students can enroll in Micro-Biology, Bio-Chemistry, Geology and Mineral Science, Computer Science and Technology, or Information and Communication Technology.
Admission Requirement
To gain admission into any of Crawford University’s undergraduate programs, candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level Credit passes at not more than two sittings in SSCE, GCE, NECO, or their equivalent. This must include Credit passes in English Language and Mathematics. Additionally, candidates must meet the specific requirements for each program.
For Direct Entry admission into 200 Level of a degree program, candidates must either have a B. Sc degree from a recognized university in a related field, two (2) A’Level passes in relevant courses acceptable to the university, or an O.N.D upper credit or H.N.D. in relevant courses. Candidates awaiting results can also apply.
Method Of Application
Interested applicants can begin their application process by visiting the university’s application portal.
For payments, parents, guardians, or students are advised to make transfers to the university’s designated bank accounts, listed on the university’s website, or via online payment on the Crawford University website. Under no circumstances should cash be paid to anybody for and or on behalf of Crawford University.
The university also offers payment plans in instalments. Terms and conditions can be sought from the Bursary (Student Accounts Officers).
